This is my own saving of the webcams that were mounted on the new I-74 bridge, as the old one was blown up. This is the second explosion, which took own the eastbound towers. Original explosion took place in August 2023. Recorded this on my School Chromebook.

The winds seemed to be dying down right when the parade started. The parade organizers didn't expect them to pick back up.
