Once you have enough loan signings on a regular basis, everything else seems to fall into place. I do think Hawaii has regular delays with processing to become a Notary (only available certain times), so sooner is better to go thru that process due to delays. Some states allow you to work with them to become a Notary, some do not. Even still, being a Notary is not enough to get loan signings, and you'll need more credentials.
