Robbert de Vreede is a passionate business-driven marketer with 20 years of FMCG experience, various marketing and sales roles across a variety of markets across Europe and Africa.
Robbert is passionate about driving change and unleashing the energy inside people and businesses, by taking calculated risks so people and businesses can grow faster. He is a strong believer that multi-functional teams deliver better results with a proven track record of in-market result delivery in challenging developed markets such as Germany and volatile, complex and ambiguous emerging markets like Nigeria.
Robbert has led a variety of business units and sat on various boards with full P&L and people responsibility. He has led and executed integrations and re-organizations, delivered on restructuring programs and landed both M&A opportunities as well as disposals.
Jon Ratcliffe, has a strong, 10-year relationship with the London Business School, having guest lectured and organised lecture series at LBS since 2009.
Jon is also the Founder and CEO of Engage Video Group, a fast growth data-driven video technology company, that over the last 7 years, has reached billions with their videos for the world’s biggest companies including like Unilever, Nestlé, Mondelēz and Coca-Cola.
Jon was previously Head of Advertising for Google, leading UA-cam sales in multiple global markets, and he worked at Google's head office in San Francisco in the GoogleX team.
Jon has delivered keynote speeches at the Cannes Lions and is a Council Member for the World Economic Forum.
