Roblox Guts and Blackpowder: Alone at the End of the World as Sapper.
Also this is the first voiceover I am going to be doing for this channel, so i hope you enjoy it!
Today is the day when I get this hidden achievement in Guts and Blackpowder: Alone at the End of the World. In order to get this badge, make sure you make a private server, pick any endless map (I chose Hougumont) and then make sure you select these tools: Hammer, Axe (Not the pickaxe), and Grenades (You may not need them but if you do, toss grenades near the entrance to get rid of some zombies for good crowd control).
Early game (Rounds 1-6):
Build as much stakes (Button for Stakes on PC is E) as possible on the roof of Hougumont (The thumbnail gives you an idea on where you should be). You can choose what building pattern you want to go for, such as stake stake barricade repeated as much as you can, stake stake stake barricade twice, or all stakes. You can do barricades (button for Barricades if you are on PC is Q), but barricades take longer to build compared to stakes. So all you gotta do for the early game is to keep on building stakes and keep repairing the damaged ones for the early game. Or just stay on the first stake, and just fall back and use your axe to fend off the zombie crowd that destroyed your stakes. ALWAYS build stakes after a round ends for the whole game to be able to damage zombies like runners and bombers which will show up later.
Mid game (Round 7-11):
Watch out for Bombers!! Runners are the easiest to get rid of as stakes instantly kill them. Stakes also instantly kill bombers but will destroy all your stakes too. And also if the bombers do cause you to lose all the stakes thats on the roof, your last resort is to move around in shapes (circles, squares, triangles (Not reccomended but possible) rectangles, pentagons, you name it!). When killing a zombie during your last resort, make sure to move forward, and the backwards immediately to not get grabbed. Also when there is only one zombie left, dont kill it just yet, build a barricade (move around if you need to), and then keep building until it is fully built, and then make sure you use as much time possible to build stakes on the roof. Also if the bomber is there while you are doing your last resort strategy (very unlikely from rounds 7-11), try to make sure to trigger it, and then fall back so you wont take too much damage.
Late game (Round 12-20):
Beward of Zappers! They are the enemy version of Sapper! If you see one, make sure you move away right when the zapper tries to attack you, or else a LARGE amount of health can be drained and you will be given Gash. Also you are the only person in the game, and u cannot get any external help. Also commands will make you lose the challenge automatically. Also as rounds go up, zombies get tougher and harder to defeat. Always use your last resort, which is to move around in shapes and destroy the zombies by moving forward, attack, and then move backward to prevent getting grabbed. Also if the bomber is there while you are doing your last resort strategy, try to make sure to trigger it, and then fall back so you wont take too much damage. When you get to around round 18 or so, zombies will need to take 2 hits from an axe in order to be destroyed. Also if you are being overwhelmed badly, make sure you build some caltrops (button for caltrops on PC is F) to slow down the zombies.
As long as you make it to round 20 without deaths (survive 19 rounds) you get the "Alone at the end of the world badge"
Extra tips:
1. If you get grabbed by just ONE zombie, you can wrestle it off and you will be fine. But if you get grabbed by 2 or more, it's over.
2. If you get pinned on the floor by a runner it's also over.
3. If you get blown up due to a bomber it's also over.
4. If you get hit by a zapper's axe you take HUGE damage, so move away from it if you are about to be attacked by it.
5. Memorize the keys for the structures (Q for barricades, E for Stakes, F for caltrops)
6. Take cover behind stakes when a huge hoard of shamblers or other zombies are attacking you
7. Build caltrops while doing your "last resort" strategy as mention above
8. Dont use commands (forcemap is fine)
9. Use grenades for crowd control, or if the amount of zombies gets out of hand.
If you are going to get this badge, then I wish you a lot of good luck on it. It's really hard to get on your first try, and if the truth be told, It tooke me almost 2 weeks to get the badge. So i wish all viewers good luck.
