125 dollars lol

Fun fact. The commercial at 30:37 for the Nissan 300 turbo z was the only time this commercial was seen on tv ever. It was taken off the air because they said it promoted too much speed. Wow. Different times, Huh? It was directed by Ridley Scott.
Karl Mecklenberg was a cousin of Rick Mecklenberg who was a weatherman on wsbt TV in south bend indiana
Have this on VHS…It’s the music for me!
The late NBC News anchor Jessica Savitch is at 58:46. This is a fascinating find. It's a different version of what broadcast at 9:58pm eastern time that night which was the second "NBC News Digest" of the evening. She slurred her words during the first one. NBC News execs thought it best for her to front the second one so people wouldn't think anything was up. I've always wondered if she recorded new versions for the west coast feeds. Comparing the two "2nd" Digests you can see they are different. Do you have the "first" one that aired just before the Carson special began? Here's a link to the east coast version. ua-cam.com/video/EGFM3NtJ-Q0/v-deo.htmlsi=EIwDeLAq96Gf3fic&t=61
The intro is way too long, so long I left.
Every once in awhile I’ll come back here to remind myself how great winning 2 a few years later
Roger Craig was always the unsung hero of these teams and we wouldnt have won without him. The fact he isnt in the hall of fame is so so wrong. The slap in the face was that Terrell Davis gets in the hall but not Craig. He shouldve went for a network job, he'd been in by now. Joe was the most important on offense, Craig second, then Rice
Love Roger but he was NOT more important than Jerry. Jerry was the key to that team’s aggressive performance. Look at the previous SB where he was the MVP.
Is this a circus clown or a quarterback?
What an embarrassing joke the Broncos are or were
Montana=G.O.A.T
That guy was a king of Sacramento
As a lifelong Bronco fan this one hurt and hurt bad for a long ass time. This team folded faster than Superman on laundry day.
For me, when Gibson hit the homerun off Eckersley. I have to turn the channel when that highlight comes on.
I've never understood why that was such a big deal if it was only the first game
@@BennyRobinson ??? Are you thinking Super Bowls are best out of 7 or something?
Elway's drop is insanely quick. Incredible feet.
If I had to draft any QB, Elway would be the one. That kid in Buffalo kinda reminds me of Elway.
Oh God, that last one of Curly that Albert Brooks did was a real Rip Snorter of Laughs!!! 😂😅😊
Thanks for sharing this short. I loved wathching HBO Short Take...I also loved A&E Short Stories....these channels are a far cry now from what they once were...
early 1990's I remember KQEC-TV was in the process of being sold to KMTP Incorporated.
It's Harley and Uncle Joey!
The iron Giant is still my favorite movie ever
Arleen Sorkin aka Harley Quinn in BTAS
Too bad the Broncos didn’t show up for this one. It might have been a classic. But then the 49ers were ridiculously dominant in all phases.
So 90s
Lindsay la más linda de la pantalla❤
I have one and its awesome. Can't wait to start recording soon as my portable DVR (not VCR) gets here

@9:52 A Steven Seagal and Van Damme dream fight was talked about a ton around this time and there was no way in hell it would happen especially in a movie. Too many egos involved but I have to give credit to Van Damme here. He takes the high road and talks positive about Seagal especially after all those disrespectful comments he made on Van Damme a few years prior
Aldrich Ames was a drunkard, a womanizer and a simpleton. He was, however, privy to the most secret information that the CIA possessed. This led to the death of 'many' double agents working with the agency. I remember when this happened. I saw the interview with this imbecile and was appalled that he was even with the CIA He should have been working at Home Depot. Ames and Howard, another CIA traitor, were finally arrested after it became patently obvious they were traitors. The CIA is a porous elitist organization and very probably was involved in the assassination of JFK. ANY Russian official thinking of becoming a double agent is committing suicide if they work with the CIA. Read "The Fourth Man" by retired CIA analyst Robert Baer for a glimpse into the incredible duplicitous activity of this incredibly petty bureaucratic organization where internal politics and personal agendas are placed ahead of human lives..... HINT: Its highly probable that there was a double agent very high up in the CIA feeding information to the KGB..... he was there for many years and was never caught.
May The Force Be With You! STAR WARS! On HBO!
LOVING the uniforms! Uniforms today are mostly skanky
I woke up with this song going through my head and I got no idea why
I could tell it was Joe Louis Arena cause of the seats but it looked like the upper section was closed off
Pat Summerall after the last touchdown: This is just unfortunate 😂
Once you join cia they got you for life you can't even quit

“Iron Eagle”
This was fun to watch. Thanks for sharing!
I don’t understand why so many celebrities agreed to go on there. Most likely for publicity set up by their managers but still.. Howard was known for being horrible so idk why Fran stayed, not trying to blame her but this is just confusing.
58:52 The tragic Jessica Savitch... she would die just 20 days later.
This was the "2nd" Digest after her botched first one. But technically it's 2nd version of the 2nd script. It's different than the "2nd" one that aired for the east cost. Fascinating find. It was not mentioned in the books about her whether or not she recorded new versions for the west coast feed. Based on this airing, looks like she did.
Thanks for sharing this.
❤️ oldies 1980s nba basketball
Wish Andre could ve been in this
Talk about a completely different time in America when it came to sports and back when my 49ERS were tough deadly and dominant ?! I miss this America the 80s was awesome I was born 81 very lucky to have been raised during this time 😎👍🏽 ?! Todays America is nowhere near what this was and Politics & personal issues wasn’t a problem it stayed out of sports so sad and embarrassing and disgraceful
When did this came out?
Early 2000's circa 2001-2005 timeframe.
In retrospect, I think the 1980s was a great decade to watch sports on television! In February 1980, the US men's Olympic hockey team won the gold medal after the "Miracle on Ice" match, which was one for the ages! Nobody knew that Kenny Morrow would go from gold medal in the Winter Olympics at Lake Placid to Stanley Cup with the NY Islanders in his rookie season just a few months later! Magic Johnson and Larry Bird would also go from NCAA fame to NBA greatness, both within just a couple of years! In hockey, Wayne Gretsky would set new records in his athletic discipline. And, two QBs from Notre Dame would go on to win Super Bowls in the NFL. Super Bowl XXIV was frosting on the cake to a great decade for sports television. The 1990s were also quite a decade for sports television, as the NY Yankees established themselves as the finest sports franchise of the 20th century!
This is the Taco Bell commercial I remember more than any other. Had this jingle stuck in my head for years.
