At 8:42 some of the words you couldn’t here continue at 8:50
And it continues in the rest of the video at some parts idk if it’s intentional or not
Yes could u make a spring Bonnie avatar with about of things like a knife a axe a guitar a eye toggle a knife rotating toggle thing and yeah
Marmoset Toolbag 5 is great too
Yeah, I think I would reccommend Marmoset over InstaMat when it comes to painting. Still nice to have another procgen material creator but there are some major paint points in Instamat atm.
supdude just subbed
Thanks so much!!
VERY VALUABLE! THANK YOU! HOPE WE CAN KEEP THIS UPDATED. SOmething like this is very important for a workflow. :)
Thanks so much! Definitely open to feedback, or let me know if it breaks!
Stream suspended?
Yeah, not sure why that happened lol
Would it be possible to do this in reverse? Making a VRChat skeleton from a rigify rig?
Yeah! It’s basically the same process, just using the templates in the reverse order
Awesome stream. Sorry I missed it had a teacher meeting and birth day for a family member to attend. I’ll try to catch the next one.
I didnt quite underestand what this tool did. It named ur bones?
It creates a new rig for you, converting from one rig format to another. Very useful if you need to use a character and a different software.
@@SamDutter u didnt show how it created a rig for u
What da dog doin. Thumbnail looks goofy lol
Lol! You’re not wrong
sup men am youre big fun how is going
ERP class next.
Hey, I’m the Vic mentioned:D
Id really like to learn how you make clothes so volumous, giving them borders and such, I can get the basic shape, but I really need to learn how to add details.
Reference is key! I think even a simple drawing can help guide 3-D model. It’s difficult to improvise in blender.
@@SamDutter Ill keep that in mind and keep trying!
Sorry I missed the stream. I am excited to see the progress of this model! Keep up the PAW-SOME work!
Never fear popstar! There’s always next stream
Sam Dutter, wanna be friends?

at 33:03, it is not adding the tail to the alreayd existing rig pro, it is making its own thing and I don't know why... help?
❤❤❤❤❤
but great tutorial thank you a lot for this i always have trouble with rigging my meshes when i make them so i'm greatful for this in-depth video. :3
not sure if you are still doing this but tails are generally way lower down the body.
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

voluptous
Yes
"Lol 69, cause im a child." Thank made me laugh.
I can’t help myself!!
Get well soon ! ❤
Feeling better now!! 🤩
❤❤❤❤❤
Very interesting, thank you! I hope you'll share more videos about this workflow
More to come! Chipping away at some projects on stream and will have some new learnings to share soon!
looking forward to more DnD in VR, keep it up, this could be something bigger someday you know
That's the plan! Hoping to reach a point of stability soon where I can invest more time in DND related projects
Hi, as for me the anchor points was THE thing missing in InstaMat. I approached it in a bit different way, I just make entire anchor as a graph. Every operation you can do in layering project you can do in a graph, painting included. Another thing missing that can be solved in the same way are filters for masks. Utilizing the power of a graph makes anchors much more powerful than in SP. Thanks for showing another great method that might be actually faster for people who prefer to work with layers.

Great tutorial, I would love to see more tutorial about similar workflows for both programes, Also pls Add slider to lower the music xD
good script! I've used it to save me some headache when loosing my shapekeys in blender. One quick note though: The script assumes you've named your armature "rig". So if it's not working that could be why :) just rename it and you're good
Music volume is bit too high compared to your voice level apart from that really nice explanation and find !
interesting video one suggestion is lower the music please it’s drowning you out a little bit - good information though - wouldn’t this be easier if you didn’t use a layer based system at all and just use the graph from the start?
That's a really crazy workaround! 🤯 I love it! Yes, music is bit loud. You need a ducking filter or compressor+sidechain to lower the music when you speak. Love the skull though 💀
Thanks for sharing your video with the world 🥰
Thank you so much for sharing
Hair😍
Thanks for the valuable information❤

FIRST COMMENT!!
#1!
i like it now that i know you can draw do you use ur drawing skills for blender in any way?
Absolutely! I plan out a lot of my modeling with drawing before hand. It also really helps to think of geometry in terms of linework, as it's actually quite similar. Though painting is really where the most overlap happens. In my latest stream I do some concept art, drawing over my 3d model before I begin actually making anything. That'd probably give you the most insight into the overlap. Hope the chinese lessons are going well!
@@SamDutter that's great i am learning how to draw again you motivated me to start doing it again thank you! :) and yes the Chinese lessons are going well and I have learned new words :D
❤❤❤❤
Keep going, champ❤
