보신문화 때문이라면 더 많이 찾으니 비싸고, 그러면 더욱 번식을 시켰을 건데 일제 이야기는 뒤로 빠지고 보신문화로 몰고 가니... 윗지방에도 빨간 개들이 예전에 있었다. 다만 주인에게 곁을 주지 않고, 싸납고, 집을 지킨다거나 하는 통상적인 개의 특징이 없으니 안 키우게 되었고, 주인이나 주인집 아이를 물면 당연히 도살을 하게 되어서 없어진 거다 무조건 보신문화로 몰고 가지는 말아라.

우리나라 토종개가 진도개, 풍산개, 삽살개, 동경개, 제주개 정도인줄 알았는데 불개도 있었군요.

What a cutie! It saddens me as I read through the comments on some of the wolf videos I have watched lately how much disinformation shows up in these threads. I don't think it's on purpose, I think most people have a view of wolves based on heresay and what they have heard on the news. I have been living with wolves for the last 25 years. It is a lifestyle that you have to be extremely commited to. There are many questions that I read in these threads that I could answer. I'll try to do a video.

@ShigekiHizashi Training IS control. That's the entire point of training. Conditioning them into certain actions in return for rewards. Also what's the difference between an animal companion and a pet? I can't seem to find one.

@ShigekiHizashi You wouldn't, but someone else would. Also, if you think you could even hope to control five wolves, try training five huskies, or hell even five akitas. I'd even say try five dogs of any breed. Or even just three. Stop trying to argue that wolves as pets are a good idea. It's not and you will not win this argument.

I wonder what's on TV..." stupid, lol. I know that wolves deserve to be out in the wild running free and not cooped up in some cramped little doghouse somewhere. =)

@littleaprilroses Stupid that people can't own full blooded wolves, or stupid that people even want to own full blooded wolves? Because one of those options isn't delusional. Seriously, we selectively bred the aggressiveness out of what would eventually become 'man's best friend' for a reason. Plus, allowing pet licenses of real wolves is just asking for wolf mills (look up puppy mills - always adopt from shelters) and illegal poaching; the wild populations are small enough already...

@clamchowder138 I think it is if you have a special licence for it. And then only for wolf-dog hybrids or something along those lines. I dunno if people are allowed too own full blooded wolves as pets outside of zoos or special parks because of their undomisticated background. Stupid, I know. =/ Lol.
