Who made this bogus video? It starts out with a lie, not a good way to start anything. It says the Yadkin is 200 million years old when the earth is not even that old! Apparently this video was made by atheist who think we all came out of the mud from tadpoles and monkeys! The earth, according to the Bible, is thousands of years old, not millions. So... don't believe this tripe.

This is very well put together -- thank you. I wish the mines where more regulated. They are the ones making it muddy by stirring up the clay ? Just look at the Jordan river where Jesus was once baptized. it is almost empty and the village is know at risk.

I understand the unfathomable challenges that you all face regarding opening of the schools. I also commend what you all are doing with the updates to us parents. With that said i cannot consciously send my child to an enclosed area with the virus numbers where they are and how they are growing. I really want to thank you for the option of the virtual remote learning. It just doesn't make sense to my sons health or my own to send him to school when there is no vaccine available. Even one death or case to any child or teacher is unacceptable and avoidable until that criteria has been met in my opinion. This national push to get everything "back to normal" is reckless. Thank you for what you do.

Not the same town I grew up in. I know or know of, almost everybody in this video. I don't know anyone in mocksville any longer, except what is left of my family there.

I scoured this looking for familiar faces, may have spotted a teacher or two and I could see some family traits of people I grew up with also. Sent the link to my daddy, hope he sees some familiar people here.

I distinctly remember being there. I was wearing a BeeGees T-shirt. We went to Lake Norman after the picnic. Rode in the bed of the truck. I was about to enter 4th grade. Amazing to see the footage. The only two people I recognized were Bob Patillo, directing the band, and MW Bro. Lester Martin, Jr. Thank you to those responsible for archiving this memorable event.
