Yes it’s unnecessary but it helps reframe the mind. Just like how I WFH, I could easily just stay in my pyjamas all day too but it helps me mentally and to switch on at “work” 🫶🏼

Go to a competent doctor and get suitable meds. So the stress ends and your selfesteem increases
I’m not too keen on relying in meds unless your anxiety stops you from doing daily life. I’d much prefer doing things you can control first like exercise, eating healthy and spending time with people you’re comfortable with like family and close friends. Taking it step by step rather than being on meds constantly. Of course like I said if it affects your day to day life perhaps it is better to consult with a doctor.
