Great seeing you at the retreat, great catching up with you today. I also don’t like the colors in the horse. I hadn’t even thought of changing the colors. So I don’t know why because I change the colors on every other pattern I ever do. Not sure what to do with the flowers on the horse, or just do the horse no flowers at all. Maybe next year’s crazy woman I will have stitched it by then and I can show you what I came up with. And you don’t really ramble.

I am so glad you made another video! Your specialty stitch Chatelaine is so beautiful and you're going to be a great teacher at the retreat! Great progress on all your WIPs. Now we just need to guilt Stephanie into starting her Stitcher's Retreat House 😅. Question about the crochet sweater - are you using the same weight thread and crochet hook gauge as the other stitcher? That could account for the size difference. Also... for your single crochet afghan, if you're still on the first color, you could add a different stitch with the next block of color to change it up.

Hooray for learning new things! I taught myself to crochet a few years ago and my first couple blankets were wonky too. But they're still pretty and they still keep me warm! I love your idea to do a Mexican Queen of Freedom! That will look amazing when it's done! I've been trying to resist going down the Chatelaine rabbit hole but you are making it so hard with all your beautiful mandalas.
