Well yes but actually no, She was going to chill because Godzilla ordered Her to, but She was also getting stronger in order to challange Him, the first time She was kicked out, She was chilling in Godzillas old lair and not only that She AMBUSHED Godzilla and even almost killed Godzilla, but Godzilla beat Her into submission and She left and She went to to find a new place to slumber. Which is the place where there's the highest ammount of radiation on the surface, we dont know if She did this on purpose or it was just a coincidence, but She was both compliant and not at the same time, and Godzilla needed that radiation where Tiamat was living, and asked Her to leave but She said NO because She aint about to loose another home, and Godzilla after warning Her the first time (when She was in His old lair) and the second time, aka when He asked Her to leave Her home in the north pole, and She tried to kill him this time for real. She had many warnings and many times She broke those warnings, and since She evolved she thought She can finally defeat Godzilla but obviously it did not work out in short here are the reasons why Godzilla killed Her: Ambushed Him in his old lair (granted it was vacant until She got there "maybe" and no one lived there no more but She still umbushed him nonetheless) almost killed Him warned 1 told to leave but did not comply warning 2 tried to kill Him for real now She was growing stronger to the point she might actually kill him and take his throne She was a destroyer titan ( which means she will obey more to alpha titans that are also destroyers like Ghidorah ) if she was not killed she would have made the other apposition aka the enemy destroyer alpha team, harder to fight.

Also i forgot to mention the reason Godzilla left his old lair was because he got his ass handed to him by a great ape and no it was not Kong it was someone else, and so Godzilla left to search for a new home but his "NEW HOME" got destroyed in Godzilla The King of The Monsters movie by a nuke, and in the comics he went back to his old lair to fight the great ape but there was no ape only Tiamat. We dont know if Tiamat killed the ape that was living in Godzillas old lair or if the ape died before She got there, but nonetheless She umbushed Godzilla.
