It was fun for the first couple of days. Now it sucks. Even the season 1 maps. Fun for 2 days. If they remove sbmm I think it would make this game a lot more enjoyable. I’m already sick of this game

cod twitter blew up when they removed the 24/7 playlist the other day. It was still nuketown but with another nuketown map i actually enjoyed.

I get that nuketown isn’t meant to be played in bo6 cuz of the movement but imo I think it’s fine, what makes my brain explode is the team mates I get teamed up with, they literally play like fucking bots, I’m over here throwing grenades across the map just like the other team is and they be placing their equipment like trophy system in the objectives or going for flanks, my team just keeps going to the same fucking place over and over just dying non stop instead of actually having some strategy, it’s makes the match unbalanced knowing your team mates r not giving the other team all they got

It was fun for me... I haven't played a CoD since BO2.

I completely agree. It's an absolute sauna of a sweat-fest, at first I thought everyone was just a fucking expert COD player these days but it really is the SBMM, it's just too much. They really should remove SBMM and leave Ranked as a permanent option, so we get to choose our experience.

The millions of chronus devices sold and walls and half the players using something ontop of that most of the players even casual ones have 20yrs experience. Add in SBMM and Dsync issues and uve got a fkn sweaty sauna fest on ur hands. I was top 5 for years on cod tracker for FFA in cold war for wins and have never come last more in my life in this game LoL. The maps are fkn shit but whatever. So many issues in this game.

my issue is the map is too small and there is no tactical purpose to fighting there. If you want to evade SBMM use VPN.

I'm sorry mate but sounds a whole lot more like skill issue - its easy to put the blame on sbmm or "sweats" but even the good casual players know how to adapt to a more competitive lobby. you want to come in to nuketown and have a good game with 40 kills without sweating lol. every single player on nuketown 24/7 is there for a big kill game, its a small map its always going to be chaos. Just like rust, just like shipment, just like all nuketowns in every black ops. you got to understand that many "casual" players have also played multiple cods are very familiar with this map and where all the sight lines are, they don't need to sweat, they have a good feel for spawns and when to push, and that isn't the 10 year old's lol. the game isnt more sweaty theres more good players in the game because we've played this map for years.

I was actually going to make a vid going in depth about why nuketown isnt good and its because in Cold War they reverted the map size to the og which doesnt work with the faster pace of new cods. Go to BO4 and the map feels noticeably bigger and theres a door on the truck so you cant shoot from one end to the other

They need to slow the speed of the slide down

TLDR: SBMM sucks because I can't casually wipe out a group of noobs. It seems every video I watch about BOPS6 is a complaint about not being able to get a nuke.

I agree with all these points. I loved nuketown growing up and enjoyed all of the other ones. But this one is different. I’m 90% of the time playing zombies and grinding camo’s on there. My first ever game of multiplayer was on nuketown 24/7 and 2 people on the other team had Dark matter. Went right back to zombies after that

Cod and games in general just aint fun anymore. It used to be about making games fun now its all about maximizing profit through any means necessary

I feel the exact same way with all you points. Also at the start of every game there a barrage of grenades that comes at you before you can respond.

Older maps will never work with newer games, because the map was designed for a style which is not currently in use. Your comment about spam sliding is the key here. The original Nuketown was never meant to have “advanced movement” outside of maybe a dolphin dive. Trophy systems were annoying in BO2, but the black cat easily took care of it. In the end, the map will never play the same because it’s a different game. It’s the reason why I don’t want legacy maps in new COD. They just don’t play right.

Every COD after 2019 MW has been the same for me. I grind for about a week and a half and then go back to rainbow
