in responce to @johnlloyddy7016 Naka sensei describes in detail the "how and why" along with the "what", which helps and confirms everything for me. He is a phenomenal person, a truth seeker in his art and an egoless innovator. It is exactly the same with Aikido, Aikiego, mostly shoulder wrestling and ego posing. It is taught mostly, all about what to do with the hands. Aikido is at lest 3 dimentional, leveraged from the feet, the same as walking as Naka demonstraites, and cut from the center plus using theTanden. I once mentioned, in teaching, that Torifune is a leverage system, as Naka sensei aslo shows. TSHTF, the reaction was jaw-dropping, which only proved it. It's describes to be leverage in practice/and movement/kihon. I have now been encoraged to writing a book on Aikido describing it from the tatami/ feet up. A very sensitive, seriouse aproach is needed!

Even though i Know nothing About this, I can Tell hes Pretty skilled because of the way he moves.

I find it interesting that here they say inner tension is weak, while other arts like Xingyiquan promote inner tension and than releasing like a bow for maximum speed. Not saying one is particularly wrong, just interesting.
