It’s been a LONG time since I posted any choreo, but when I looked for inspiration on UA-cam for this one, there wasn’t a lot of choice. So when I finalised it, i decided to share! Hope you like it ❤️ Works great for active recovery after a high impact track. Original choreo, inspired by other UA-camrs. Track credits to Fireboy DML & Ed Sheeran for this beautiful vibe.

so.… What type of zumba rythm is this? a reggaton?
If Zumba were classifying it, I guess they’d call it Pop/EDM. We have the leeway to add our own world flavour to the basic rhythms in the overall set list.
@@kitefitness well - zumba is basically classifying all dances since they all have speciffic steps.... my "problem" is Im fairly new to zumba so I need some experienced zumba dancers to tell me sometimes what rythm Im doing (and the reason for my interest and not simply do the thing is, that in zumba it is essential to have certain rythms represented in each class - and I just wanna know if Im doing the ones I think I am :) )
christina aaboe it’s important to get at least one of each of the basic rhythms in your class. Starting out, I’d probably do 2 each of salsa and merengue, and 1 each of reggaeton and Cumbria (after a good warm up of 2-3 tracks or 10-15min mix). Then you can fill remaining time with your choice of chart and world rhythms. Tango, calypso, soca, Bhangra, samba, zouk, bachata, Pop..... whatever you fancy. This was just a pop song I thought would be fun to do. They loved it. :)
@@kitefitness :) - thanks - :)…. I do know what rythms must be there - and I I do make good playlists (I think :) ) - but for new music I just want to be sure - so therefore my question still stands - what tyoe of rythm is this speciffic one?
christina aaboe as far as I’m aware, it is, as I said, EDM. electro dance music. 😊 has a slight samba element though maybe!

It was filmed quickly after class. The clarity wasn’t the most important thing. Just wanted to share my routine for my fellow instructors who asked me for it. I don’t know about you, but I like to keep social media a happy place so I try to only post if I have something positive to say ☺️

+rima alger The answer is Zumba class :). Simple as that. And actually zumba isnt really a dance it kinda of like Aerobics or cardio training that incorporate dance. But, zumba class that is how you learn.
