I have 15 years of mainly listening to tool (Now there is a lot of Nile, too). I feel like there are many reasons to love Tool, and depending on what you love about them, you like certain albums more. Can't really rank them, but for me personally, 10000 days is at the top.

Id say AJFA is the worst of the first five albums in my opinion. The lack of bass really destroys the album, the only thing saving it is Hetfield’s vocals

Load(both), i think has a lot of gems because i like 90s rock/ grunge. I think Metallica was influenced by the grunge sound at that time. Slither, House that Jack Built, good stuff
