We had a bass drum at my high school band fall during a show on a grass field

my eigth grade year i was marching tenors and fell during half time, this kid wilson later asked if the drums were ok, so the next game he tripped and fell down fleets of bleachers knocking most drums down as he fell so i yelled are the drums ok, his mom started yelling and cussing me out and told my mom saying these exact words "your daughter push my son down the bleachers and asked if drums were ok". i didnt push him,im in drumline,hes in brass so we were far apart. my mom took my side, now im a freshman waiting for him to fall down bleachers again.
