Like what you do. Some of the Bible journaling looks so sloppy I wouldn’t be embarrassed to take it to church. But I really like your ideas. I am neatness challenged myself.

I just bought an interleaved bible that has a blank page after each page. And I was really stumped for ways to be creative on those blank pages while studying the Word. Thank you so much for sharing this! So many great ideas ❤.

Does washi tape last in bible?

Oh, that was fun! I’ve done the washi tape along the edge for each of my books. It’s a big help. Haven’t tried these other bits yet - love how you’ve done this. Functional and not cluttered👍🏻. Look at you writing Hebrew in there….NICE❤️. Clever way to do the Festival info. Thank you for this!

I just purchased the Bible Study Journal and it is unclear to me the Paraphrase it (where do I write it), and Personalize it (where do I write it). Can you help me?

This is a very powerful method, I've been doing this for close to 30 years. I like that you said it's important to seek to understand how the Word was understood by Christians at the time it was written, however I failed to pick up any reference to the writings of the early Christians, of which there were many, in every century, even the very first century. Some of the early Christian writers include Clement of Rome, who was also mentioned in the New Testament, and Ignatius of Antioch, Polycarp, and Justin the Martyr.

This is beautiful... Would love to see it digitally for those of us who use Goodnotes :)

I'd been seeing some videos of folks' interleaved Bibles for journaling and doodles, but I've got a new study Bible I really like and want to keep to one Bible for everything, ya know? I thought of doing vellum, but hadn't taken it any further yet. This is just what I needed to see! :)

Very interesting and something I need to do as well. Sadly I bought vellum that turned out to be too thick. Can you tell me which brand/weight you got? Hopefully I’ll be able to find it at Amazon.
