the goverment wanted to take down all revolutionaries uprisings, witch the west founded it, yes this regime killed childrens and many people like all other regimes and i also condemn this, but Assad stabilized the economy and the securitiy in southern syria and he tried to rebuild the country from the ruins. the current regime will be worse they already banned chrisitian holidays

WHAT? dude Syria in the entirety if it's existence would only starve when draughts hit the Daraa province every 50 years or so. in the Assad regime the poverty percentage has never been higher. The distribution of wealth even for the Alawites was so bad that living under immense dept was the norm (like when they introduced the renewable energy debt, which is by the way another way the government was getting it's profits from it's people, and yes the government was actually that corrupt... ) electricity was almost absent. water almost absent. inflation was the second or third worse in the world. extreme political oppression. And don't even get me started on the drug and weed empire the regime has been building (look up Maher al Assad). the bribing. The draining of the military until conscripts were forced to pull the steel from the reenforced ceilings of the forcefully displaced. obviously not before they've emptied those homes. The stealing of international aid... I could literally go on for hours talking about how the Assad regime literally F*cked the economy. One last question... are you a socialist by any chance?
