    Awesome review. I just called Kaufman today. I think I will be pulling the trigger on a 35 foot tandem axle trailer within the next 10 months or so. I will be pulling a 115 horse tractor and 15 foot bush hog. I have a retired military 5 ton truck that I will be pulling the trailer with. I agree with you on the price. The specs are the same as trailers in a far higher price range. Please give an updated review after you get a few miles on it!

    I have a 17 F350 dually xlt 4x4 extended cab with tool box in the bed 38ft gooseneck sliding trailer, my loads are 8-15,000lbs. This truck hauls it all no problem even in the hills of Vermont. Very impressed so far. 36,500miles so far. We'll see in a couple more years but this truck tows good and is comfortable. I would add air bags for a more even ride height while towing. It squats too much and usually blinds people at night I get high beamed alot. The brakes are good and the trailer has disc electric brakes. Visibility is my main complaint over a semi. The fuel tank size is another. I average 8mpg towing. Already changed tires at 30,000 miles. I prefer a class 7-8 semi when towing over 26,000lbs but so far I'm inpressed at pickups nowadays.

    how long it takes to warm up? much longer than a gas truck?

    • @DerekHen
      @DerekHen 6 років тому

      Way longer than a gas because of its greater engine size, which requires more oil, which also take forever to warm up and also the big add transmission that takes ages to warm up,

    damn, truck sounds so mean, love it! how loud is it in the cab when towing heavy with the windows shut?

    • @christianwagner23
      @christianwagner23 6 років тому

      Matt Wacek I’ve got a deleted 2016 and the noise In cab is only really noticeable if you’re hauling heavy and pulling on a hill (high engine load situations). If you’re just cruising, loaded or unloaded, cab noise is not any louder than it usually is with the wind and road noise. And even when you’re in those high engine load situations you can just drown it out with the radio anyways. I have a 4 inch exhaust with no muffler so if you just left it at 3 inch I’m sure it isn’t bad.
