@2-WayStreet you're welcome. Here in the north of England we have a damp climate and I have a couple of Taylor acoustics that had this problem. My local luthier shimmed them both and they play very well now. I now have a dehumidifier in the room where I keep them.

It plays so much better now! This method worked well for me.

Oh, Michael it’s actually pretty simple, Because if I felt the frets were “being all jank” I would have said that. They just didn’t appear jank to me and still don’t. I would have said that if that’s what i thought.

@@2-WayStreet I modded it straight away. I always do pickups/electronics on all my cheapos. That said, this one didn't need much. Fret work was good so I just skimmed the tops with a leveling beam (3 frets had the slightest rocking) and re-polished. I replaced the pickups with Wilkinson M Series Alnico 5 P90s, and the potentiometers with some better full size ones. The switch was fine, the tuners were fine. Cheap but hold tune well, so good'nuff. I replaced the bridge with a cheap roller bridge, not that the stock one was bad, I just like rollers.

That’s a good one. If the key is C major, Am would be apart of that progression. Along with G,F,Em,Dm,B. If the key is F major, Dm would be apart of this progression. Along with C,Am,Gm,E, and Bflat. They are essentially work well together.

It’s also important to note that when I say progression I am referring to key groups. The notes in these key groups can be composed in any manor to create a progression.

Is the track you tested c maj or f maj? Surely it can’t be both

So with the loop in Keyfinder it was exported with 3 tracks playing which picked up as C. When I loaded auto key 2 onto the master channel I got C major. The guitar parts solo are read as Fmajor. When I loaded a single track it was reading F major for that single track. So the track I tested is in Cmajor according to the software.

Im not sure if thats supposed to be offensive to make you look good or to make me look bad but 4 chords is all I need dean!

I agree! I was surprised at the value we get for the price point. I love this guitar. I also sanded it down to prep it for wood burning. I will make a video on that as well.

That’s awesome man! I love it too. I updated the stock tuners with locking tuners, and I sanded down the entire body and the headstock so I can woodburn it. I will make videos on that process as well. Have you made any mods to yours or did you leave it stock?
