My 05’ Xterra can barley go 150 miles before the fuel light comes on! Thats all city driving too. The most I’ve gone is 200 miles…once. I typically have 5-6 gallons when the fuel light comes. I’m pretty sure the fuel sending unit is acting up and not helping the accuracy. I did calculate my mpg. I’m currently getting 10.5. Absolutely horrid. I’m typically at 100 miles by half a tank…

Mine sat for six months before I bought it, fired right off. Let it sit for three months this year after some things went down and it fired almost instantly. Cranks more if you drive it every day than if you let it sit. Starts right up at below freezing. Ain’t happy, but she’ll drag her old ass out of bed when I need her to. Absolutely loyal old truck.

I have a 1.5t in the family here, bone stock. For fun, I raced an 08 Tiburon GT v6 at brisk highway speeds with a cooperative and fun driver. Dead nuts depending who gets the jump first. Pretty impressive for the CVT "dud" version of this big boat.

How did you get yours to fit? I have an 89 c1500 4.3L and I can’t get it to fit. The radiator hose and vacuum get in the way
