Looking for help with unique right knee and ankle issues, I don't think its knock knee or bowed leg
For as long as I can remember, since I was a child, my right leg has been what I consider off axis or misaligned below the knee and recently this has been causing extreme issues with pain in my knee and ankle. Specifically on the right outside and bottom part of my knee, and the left ankle bone on my right foot. I'm also limping because of the pain and can't do the activities I would like.
I've been watching dozens of videos on knee issues and can't seem to find anything quite like this. Most of them are for Knock knee or bowed knee, which I don't think I have either of those as the upper part of my leg is straight and has no pain issues. My Hip also has no pain at all.
Are there any physical therapy exercises I could do to straighten out my knee and ankle?
I do have a Tibullus bar which I've been using to try and strengthen my knee muscles but it doesn't seem to help with straightening out below the knee on my right leg. I've also watched a ton of knees of toes guy videos and tried doing a bunch of exercises from his videos, like walking backwards, nordic squats, split squats etc and none of them seem to help with my knee pain because I don't think they are designed to realign your knee.
Does anyone recognize what this knee issue is?

So things like that can be cause by a deformity in your tibia or femur. They tilt outward causing your ankle to turn outward. OR you have tight muscles. A doc/physio will help determine which it is and give you the best exercises to help relieve the pain. Good luck.

I think you could be on to something. The tendon or muscle connecting my ankle to my knee going up the back of my right leg is extremely tight. I got a consultation with a psychical therapist scheduled on Friday. Thanks for the suggestions!

The sensations your talking about follow the L4 dermatome of a nerve. UA-cam how to do L4 nerve flossing/neurodynamics. It's not THE BEST supported by evidence but a lot of chiros and physio's use it, so I think it's worth a shot. Let me know if it helps!

I did this and it still wont work bc there are only certain times the lid is to be locked when washing. So with it locked the whole time it won’t work. Or hasn’t for me anyway.

This does not work if there is corrosion on any of the main terminals. The metal that connects to the main wires. Other than that fact and the 90’s type wobble with the filming. This was still the most helpful after 15 other videos and I was fortunate to drain and spin out the cycle of needed towels. Have to get a new lock mechanism set because of the stupid corrosion. That being said. Props dude. And thank you.

3:20 I just took out the black plastic piece below the red wire so the metal would stay touching. Now the lid thinks it’s always locked. I was a little worried about safety but if you lift the lid the washer stops at least on my model. This video pointed me in the right direction

Really annoying that you don’t show how to take the piece that’s broken out, and just show how to put it back together. Please make a new video since that’s the most important step

Didn't work for me, unfortunately. I think it was the solenoid that crapped out on me. It was clicking, but maybe it wasn't clicking enough to trigger the lock since my lid would never lock.

Please help. I have the whirlpool W1046834. Broke plastic piece that holds that metal clip. Repaired the broken plastic and removed clip.... Then a buddy decided that he'd by-pass the locking mechanism by removing the entire lock mechanism and just attaching the wires how he thought they were supposed to go.. Now, you've guessed it, it does not work. If I am able to put it all back together how it was before do you think it will work properly? Is it safe since he has done touched all the wires together in various ways ?

This video itself did not work for my wtw5000dw2 with a flashing lock light, but it did help me fix it: At 4:10 in this video, directly left of the solenoid you see an angled piece of metal. This is part of a mechanism that detects the door being closed. The white plastic which pushes on this switch mechanism was broken in my washer. If I manually move the broken piece of plastic I can see it causes two pieces of metal to touch. What I did was forced this switch closed, by forcing the two pieces of metal touch. This fixed my lock light flashing. Right after this I was able to use this washer again. ua-cam.com/video/_N_YCSNziXc/v-deo.html has a video of the manual which was also very helpful.

Instead of “arcconf getlogs 1 device tabular”, you can do “arcconf getlogs 1 dead” and that will show you the history of failed drives and when they failed along with serial number, etc. This is handy when a drive fails and it just shows missing in the LD list and you need to make sure you have the correct serial number to replace.
