I have Meniscus Tear of grade 3 on the posterior horn of medial meniscus - left knee I was undergoing physiotherapy before it for the past 2 months until MRI showed positive result. Pain : only when I sit with cross legs down, or any twist moment Knee joint gets stuck for a second when bent while doing weight bearing activities like walking downstairs, when doing left knee forward lunges, jumping solely on the left knee, running etc. Please let me if it can heal without surgery, if not, can it be repaired through arthroscopic repair instead of removal ( menisectomy)?
