Minarelli Scooter Engine preparation - Polini BigEvo 70cc in 4K
Restoring and preparation of an used Minarelli Scooter engine which is typically used in Models like Yamaha Aerox/MBK Nitro, Benelli 491, Aprilia SR50, Yamaha Jog/MBK Mach G, Beta Ark and many others. These modified engines are then used for racing events and shows, such as the DSSC, EST, Drag Days, Dyno Days or others.

Das kann ich dir leider gar nicht sagen, das da ist nicht mein Fahrzeug. Ein sehr lang zurückliegender wert sind 143kmh mit GPS gemessen, aber auch mit etwas weniger Leistung. Ich würde meinen dass da aber auch jetzt nicht viel mehr bei rumkommen würde.

Schade also passt der 180er 2T aus einer Hexagon nicht in eine Runner 125 2t 😢 Mit der Trommelbremse könnte ich mich noch abfinden…. Die 180er sind so böös teuer geworden…..

Sieht man ja in dem Video, daher auch das GPS-Overlay um die Abweichung des Orginal-Tachos zu verdeutlichen. Die tatsächliche Höchstgewindigkeit liegt etwas höher, hier wurde ja nur eine recht kurze Wegstrecke zurück gelegt.

@@timpobega7951 limited by the transmission length with overrev 142,4 km/h measured back in 2017 with approximately 23-24 ps. To go any faster, you will need to change the gear ratio which is impossible according to the very limited hardware available for these. OEM Carburettor, Dellorto
38hp on a 10inch wheel? Man that thing is totally insane under a Piaggio Zip SP 98, even with a 15/41 secondary gear.
i had droven one piaggio zip 2000 with 172cc full malossi ac rarely used the front wheel

@@MRZpwr hallo was hast du alles gemacht ? Habe auch ein 180 ccm runner mit va Krümmer malossi multivar malossi luftfilter grüne kupplungsfedern und langes getriebe, aber der geht nicht so überragend .
Does the malossi torque driver make a lot of difference?
I want to know this aswell, they work amazing on 70cc builds but dont see many with the torque driver on 180 builds.
