If the lady or who ever else took a pre-booking on the telephone and that customer asked for a pitch with a good view on the front and the lady said "of course, you can have pitch number so and so" then that place is reserved for that customer to arrive whenever they like with the full agreement of the staff. She's the boss. She is not concerned with your "content". Please don't give us motorhomers a bad name.
