I went from JFK to POS on a CAL 737 max 8, too. Hit every aspect of it without a word. I love it.

On my first trip to Antigua the pilot had to do a go around because the turbulence was so bad. So it appears to be quite common for that country
ohhhh...that makes sense...Caribbean islands also have a constant breeze (...due to cooler air over the ocean waters moving over warmer land or something like that...)
