Healthy Easy Chicken Salad + Ranch Dressing Recipe
Super Easy Chicken Salad with Ranch with homemade Dressing! Im a salad gal and I love these types of recipe. They are super easy to make and amazing for gatherings. The portion I made is for about 3-4 people. Great as a side dish or a starter however you want. This was full of flavors from all the types of ingredients used. I recommend everyone to try these out!

¡Ensalada de Pollo Ranch con Aderezo Casero Súper Fácil! Soy una chica de ensaladas y me encantan este tipo de recetas. Son súper fáciles de hacer y fantásticos para reuniones. La porción que hice es para unas 3-4 personas. Genial como guarnición o entrante como quieras. Estaba lleno de sabores de todos los tipos de ingredientes utilizados. ¡Recomiendo a todos que los prueben!
Chicken Salad Recipe :
2 chicken breast
(Season this to your liking)
*set aside*
Ranch Dressing :
- 1/3 cup of milk
(With 1 1/2 tsp of vinegar)
- 1/4 cup of mayo
- 1 tbs of cream cheese
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of parsley
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of dill weed
- 1 tsp of sugar
Salad :
- Romain lettuce
- sweet grape tomatoes
- cucumbers
- yellow peppers
- red onion
(We’ll add 1/2 lemon juice into it)
- chick peas
- corn
- Avocados
- black olives
- shredded carrots

Ensalada de pollo:
2 pechugas de pollo
(Sazona esto a tu gusto)
*dejar de lado*
Aderezo ranchero:
- 1/3 taza de leche
(Con 1 1/2 cucharadita de vinagre)
- 1/4 taza de mayonesa
- 1 cucharada de queso crema
- 1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
- 1 cucharadita de perejil
- 1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
- 1/2 cucharadita de sal
- 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra
- 1/2 cucharadita de eneldo
- 1 cucharadita de azúcar
Ensalada :
- lechuga romana
- tomates uva dulces
- pepinos
- pimientos amarillos
- cebolla morada
(Le agregaremos jugo de 1/2 limón)
- garbanzos
- maíz
- Aguacates
- Aceitunas negras
- zanahorias ralladas
