Great interview! Got a lot of value from this. Thanks, Mark & Ross
Wish he put as much effort into customer service. I was an early backer and part of his VIP group on Facebook. Ordered in early August and have not been given an update on my order or response to any email. It’s been 13 weeks since I payed $700 for a full Pack Kit. No products sent to me, no response to follow up emails even though they state that there is only a 48 hr lead time for their products.
This was insightful 🫡
Really enjoyed being on the show, thanks for having us!
what an incredible story Congrats Masha Epshtein
The took all the money and there was no ring. This is a scam
Heh, delete this video, do not trust muse and stay away from non existing/working ring!!!
They are absolute scam!
SCAM!!!!! Do not purchas3 from these jokers. Still no working rings even though shipping has started five different times and claims of producing thousands of rings. They went in for the money with no idea how to develop the product offered.
Bullshit, shoddy company that specializes in using Indiegogo to scam people. It’s been a year from the promised delivery date of November 2023 and not one ring has been produced or shipped to any backers even though they have repeatedly said that they are ready to ship, etc. Stay away from MUSE and do not buy any of their mediocre products including the GTag and the Hybrid Smartwatch which suffer from inaccurate health tracking and features and functionality that were promised in their ad campaigns but have not been delivered. Many problems with both products but MUSE only promises to fix but after years still no resolution. So do your self a favor and stay away from this company!
Year ago - still no one saw their rings on their hands...
Masters of scams. Muse marketed and sold a product that not only didn't exist at the time, it still doesn't. They have lied to their backers for almost a year about production dates and problems, even going so far as to create fake shipping tracking. They are full of shit.
Master of crowdfunding my ass. Sai is a scammer and his company is absolute garbage. Constant lies and false promises about the ring.
Not just the ring, their other two products are garbage too. The GTag and Hybrid Smartwatch watch are mediocre products that overpromised, did not deliver the features and functionality promised and lack or have no customer service. The health tracking features are inaccurate, the AP features and functionality that were promised have not been delivered and are not fixed even after 2 yrs and user complaints. This interview is pure bullshit! What they are good at is false ad campaigning and advertizing and taking advantage of the Indiegogo platform (and the lack of checks and backer’s protection) to make money. Stay away from these scammers, MUSE needs to go bankrupt and seize to exist. On the Indiegogo campaign they lied that they were based in San Francisco USA, this is FRAUD!
Sai In this video you say you need to listen to your customers and be transparent. It's clear to me as a backer of the Ringone campaign that this isn't something you practice. Read the responses and comments on the Indiegogo campaign page. To achieve a total of $150 million you would need to bring to market not only a product which is more advanced than the competitors (which in 2023 Rineone would have been) but also maintain customer satisfaction. Post campaign you say that you have listened to backers, again I would question this statement. To achieve a billion $ business you need to have a product......
From 8 months ago how does this have zero comments? Mikey and Andy describing the start of Crooked Moon and more? I'm happy to see the success of these efforts turning into pure gold entertainment. Thanks for the behind the scenes guys. Thanks to Kevin Liang for hosting the interview. I even appreciate the mental health talk. I appreciate even more laughing at the shenanigans on your DnD streams and videos.
They want 166$ shipping costs for backers outside the US. Game price is 39$. Ridicolous.
Question: the signal-to-noise in the audio is incredible in this video. How do you achieve that?
This interview was great except the advice was terrible!!!!!
how so ?
Epic product journey and awesome backpack 🔥
Great content! Super helpful information for launching a product
Thanks for letting us know!
Thanks for making this video, @jameyStegmaier and @mastersofCrowdfunding ! Very informative! Been watching and learning from game designers and crowdfunding campaigns since around 2011 and am planning on my first game release in 2025. There was new and I think very useful info that I picked up from this video. Much respect!
That's awesome feedback to hear! We'll bring on more guests like Jamey.
Thanks for the opportunity to chat!
It was awesome having you on! - Mark
