How is this saving you time if you're using these to torque your lug nuts and then going back and checking them with a torque wrench? Seems like it would take you twice as long doing this way.

You should NOT open the high pressure valve on the manifold when charging. The only time it should be open is when there's no pressure in the system as when drawing a vacuum. Orion should know better than this!

I always use a power driver on mine but you need to know where the height limit is so that you don't damage the lead screw when it runs to the end of the tread, mark the bottom platform with a line so you know when to stop, and when you let the jack down all you need to do is power down until it's near the bottom and then wind the rest of the way by hand. There's no way I would wind it up by using that silly little box spanner.

Other than the tail gate line getting kinda smashed in there with the strut I love this on my truck just added it on and I think its definitely the best bang for your buck.

That is complete bullshit...they are next to impossible to remove. on occasion, these bearings will put a 20 ton press to its limits. Don't believe everything you see. I know i do this for a living

Looks good but some cases are more stubborn than others. One time I tried to remove a steering wheel (with a different tool of course) and the threads on the puller started stripping. I ended up having to cut the wheel off and find a replacement. Lucky I didn't damage the steering gear shaft.

Whats the c frame made of?

Is the C Clamp itself made out of Steel or aluminum?

Make sure after you finish vacuuming the system leave the pump on and close the valves then immediately shutoff the pump. Disconnect the yellow line from the pump and have the line at the gauge a little cracked. Then attach the yellow line to the r134 can allowing a little to purge the yellow line then tighten the yellow line up at the guage, this allows you to rid the line of any trapped air. Once the yellow line is tightened then start the car with ac on full blast and open the valves at the guage.

I guess I have to go back and re-thread my hose. I went by the picture in the manual and it showed them the opposite way.

The flexible hose clamp plier is A MUST for diy'ers. After fighting 8 hours trying to spin a clamp around blocking ONE bolt I needed to remove, I gave up using long nose pliers and everything else and bought this. 5 minutes later, clamp was spun no problem.
