I have already both of the tasting of Boann ordered and now I'm waiting impatiently for the news of this other tasting :D I was at Boann shortly before they were up and running but I can't wait to go back there.

Not exactly answers to your questions but suggestions are 1 Islay selection 2 supermarket selection to let people taste what is readily available and as an entry level for people new to whiskey 3 Some of our favourite off licences providing a selection of what they hold, they could offer discount if anyone was to buy from them, we would be giving our support to them.

Without the marketing blabla story What is left, is an overpriced sourced blend of malt and grain 5 yrs old. No information containing the ratio grain and malt. Potstill? If there is any in there. No distillery's nothing. That bit of industrial note makes it just enough interesting for me not to put it in the mix. A young grain driven spirit no depth in flavors. Not very happy with my purchase. Taste nice with chocolate I'll have to say.
