This can be done with any character, as the items used are general items. Do note however, I used paid fight pass items for the eyes and use paid cyber outfit for the suit. The helmet is generic. But in this video, I'm using Paul Phoenix because imo its either Paul or Hwoarang are the best pick for Kamen Rider since they both using bikes in their intros. But personally I think Paul fits more, as his bike resembles more to Rider's bike and his bike intos/outros imo just fits better.

It's one of the 4 political vision quests in the game. They're special quests you get on day 4, depending on which political dialog options you choose. For the moralist quest, you have to be politically neutral / agree with the coalition in dialog. You can only do 1 of the vision quests per game, so you probably just got another political quest.

Once u go to the island ur locked in and can’t fast travel so u can’t tie up the case first. As for the political quests, u can only do 1 per playthrough

@@Ryan-cs3uc When you return from the island, you have the opportunity to quickly travel to the church and square, before activating the final cutscene and general debriefing.

It being the seventh day doesn't necessarily mean the tribunal has happened already. The fast travel thing is kinda funny though, if it works with the quest. Harry's posse waits to confront him, but he just immediately teleports to the monument and gets a ride from an aerostatic without ever speaking to his cop buddies. Finally a way to beat Jean.

Necessarily, the tribunal will always take place at 22:00 on the 5th day if it is not activated earlier by finding Ruby.

also, this happened in my playthrough, if you listen to kim and don't say the thing about the hole in reality, the coalition will determine that the situation does not require their intervention. it was quite sad that after the whole quest i wasn't able to see the ending that appears in this video

She says something along the lines of hoping the consequences of you not joining won’t be too grave, too much for everyone to bear. The scene with kim after is really good though, such good characterization; he tells you that you made the right choice even if it doesn’t feel like it, speaking from experience. EDC check says maybe he’ll one day tell you about those choices that still weigh on him, but not today.

It's up to interpretation, really. But I don't think they offed him. If they want to, it won't be by grand public extraction. Imo they too are curious about the pale, want to do something about it and letting harry work with other pale experts on the team.
