There are 2 different styles of starters. When I ordered mine i put in the comments “mine is a 2JZ STARTER. It is a black connector with a single copper pin” not sure if 1jz or 2jz are specifically different or if different years are different but I do believe if you give them a call or email they will send you a new connector and all you have to do is pop yours off and pop the new connector on. From my experience they have great customer support.

Honestly I don’t remember off the top of my head, they were not anything special, I just went to my local hardware store and found the size that bolted into the engine

@@ushad just have them do a compression test while your there if they can to make sure its a good block. And make sure you take your time going over the engine once you buy it. Its so much easier to make sure everything is done correctly while it is out of the car

I agree i need more solder after doing this, I did use flux for like 80% of it but forgot some places. This is my first build so im learning as I go! Thanks for the heads up!

It helps flow the solder better and removes oxide films which form on the surfaces. Helps a good clean solder connection

No camber plates, just the stock adjustment for camber with my bcracing coilovers, had to go all the way positive to keep it from to much negative camber

Honestly I got the wheels off FB marketplace and have no idea what generation, they are stock bmw wheels just dont know what year or anything

Yeah definitely, i had a strut tower support bar for a while but its on my to do list. Im also not running a true coilover in the rear, recommended by Chelsea denofa. I got the strut and swift spring in the rear as well as rear subframe reinforcement plates.

About 300 HP and 300 torque, just stock motor all refreshed and new tune

I don’t have a fender kit, and the ultra pokes out a ton, thats the main reason why i went with the super. The super is almost the same max angle and just looked cleaner to me. This kit is absolutely amazing and feels so good in the car giving me plenty of angle

Yes! What kind of accessories are you using and what ecu?

I'm on black. Using can high/low. With keyed power only thing that's correct is voltage. Car isn't currently running (waiting on new fuel line). Black shows values on software, not on guage. Same values with or without can wires hooked up.

I used a bmw ZF 5 speed transmission, with a custom made driveshaft. I got a collins adapter kit to attach the transmission with the JZ

A few things, I got mine for $2000 with automatic transmission. The few things that make the difference is non vvti engines cost more for some reason, next, the r154 transmission is good but very expensive because its hard to come by. You can use a bmw zf trans with adapter kit if you want. The last thing is that iv been hearing prices are just increasing in general due to supply and demand. Make sure you have them pressure check it while your there to make sure nothing is wrong with the cylinders!
