Hope the surgery goes well. I wrestled back in the 70’s, had the same surgery in 75. Don’t rush back, take your time in rehab. Haven’t had any real issues in the knees since. Good luck!

About the Vinexh situation. I don't think it really shows that anything needs to be done about the weight classes. She usually wrestle up one weight and that weight was at the Olympics and India had a representative there. No additional weight class would have helped her as there is nothing between. It's a wrestlers choice what class they are going to wrestle at and the rules are made tough to prevent basically doing what she did by making a huge cut and then putting back on a bunch of weight. Also, if just one wrestler can't make weight, it doesn't indicate a problem with the system, but more of a problem of that individual and her coaching team.

Her saying after 3 months of pt not making a difference is low is inaccurate Thats like saying after 3 times trying you have no shot of making it big…. The body doesnt just work like that Shes the “best” but idk Im studying to become a physical therapist & currently a massage therapist/in jiu jitsu. Thats my 2 cents

I had ACL tear during wrestling training. Hopefully after strengthen training it became better and I didn't have surgery. I wish you the best. Don't forget I'm watching you and you have friend in Iran. Get back stronger and use this as opportunity not as a fail. You can do it again 💪🏼👊🏼

Man. That’s rough. God gives us many trials, brother. Many. I broke joint capsules in my neck twice. Caused a lot of nerve damage. Got iffy. Had to discontinue fighting competitively. Really struggled with losing that part of my identity. But with God, all trials can be overcome. Mír Božji, brate! ☦️😎

Fucc the 2024 Olympics in Paris they were sh!t. No Air Conditioner,Hard Rock Beds,Dissing Jeaus,Swimming in poo water, barley and meat to eat...those Olympics were garbage.....2028 is were its at 2028 in LA will be bad ass. Wishing you a healthy recovery 🙏.

Stevan, I tore my PCL clean through in college. If you do your PT like a mad man you can be back training full on in 6 months with no surgery

I'm pretty sure I partially tore my MCL last wrestling season, it has gotten better but now I have started to continually rely on pain killers to allow me to keep wrestling. But having a grade 3 tear for anything is insane, that just requires a whole other level of determination to keep training. 👍
