every tempo shot is “slightly fast” or “slightly late” and every button shot is “slightly late”, idk what they did but take me back to season 1 low key

One game I shoot lights out like 5/5 from 3 then next game I shoot like shit even though I know my damn release. This game is so inconsistent smfh. I don't understand why it does that. Rhythm shooting is really pissing me off ever since that patch update. And the shot contest in this game is terrible.

You saying season ones contest system was good is wild everything was open no matter the contest I had a build with legend challenger and was getting “opens” shot in my face every game even with a hand up with perfect positioning the game itself is broken and inconsistent at the end of the day all this game is is an rng basketball game the game chooses everything for you and it’s completely out of your control in my opinion 24’s contest system was perfect and made sense hand down with positioning=open hand up with good positioning = red contest but 2k gotta mess with and tweak everything for no reason

I’ve noticed that whenever I get my lethal my shooting feels so inconsistent. try not getting your lethals and see if that fixes it cause that worked for me

Feel like you just have to mix it up on bigs make 2 mids, cut back door & dunk, hit a post fade, drop step, shot two 3s then go back to the mid range Cant just consistently shoot 3s every other play like we would do on a build with 90+ 3pt Feel like servers be more or less delay certain days Played on big for the first in like a week & a half Saturday I was so iffy from 3 & started passing open shots😂but Sunday I was running str8 to that 3pt line greening how🤷🏾‍♂️

Was shooting 70% last year. Forced to get used to rhythm shooting and shot a good 51% on Season 1. They patched it and ever since the patch 3 weeks ago, I havent recovered. Still shooting bad.

It sounds sad, but I've always been a terrible shooter and haven't ever really tried to learn, but this year I tried and was shooting 43% now I'm missing wide opens and it making me not even want to shoot anymore

seen someone explain how you have to take a layup or 2 pointer to be anle to green consistently because the green window shrinks by 4% or sum shit after you make 2 in a row. basically you have to be really spot on if your using high risk shooting , normal quite the same and low risk makes more whites then ever now.

I just went 3 of 3 from downtown with an 80 3 ball. What I do is whenever I catch the ball..I take 1 or 2 seconds to gather first and stop moving then shoot. It's kinda like a reset

You can’t go up to 93 post control that’s plus 6. You can only do plus 5 on an attribute sadly

Its not ramdom, its situational. The ones you missed were different contest and released early. Im shooting above 50% as a big. Feels fine to me

Timing stability also matter, if you’re jumper has an F to c+ your jumper will massively different from open to wide open

Bro go eveyday, everyday go into the pro am arena and adjust the releases on your shot until you start greening . Just move the relases up and down ... If its saying slightly late in the proam then the shot is too fast, if it says slightly early then its too slow.... Now the reason you do this every morning is because 2K is changing the speeds on purpose to combat the zens ... But you have to do this everyday before you go to rec or the park .... Try it ....
