This is the Cabin Loop Trail in Happy Jack AZ. We did this the first week of October in 2021. Water sources were good and the changing of the leafs were just starting. Took us three days and we did get off trail a few times. Highly suggest a good map and GPS. I would do this trail again in the spring.

Labor Day Backpacking trip in Mammoth California up over Duck Pass to Pika Lake and Duck Lake. Spent a few days and the weather was perfect. I highly recommend this trip as there are several payoffs along the way...several smaller lakes as well as I great view back at those lakes as you go over the pass.
Beautiful video! Do you remember where you slept each night? I see lots of people doing this in 4 days but I like the easier pace of a 6 or 7 day trip. I'm thinking of camping at Kearsarge Lakes, then right before Forester Pass (haven't found a name for that yet), then Tyndall Creek or Wallace Creek, then Guitar Lake, then Trail Camp, then out on day 6.
Hey brother awesome job on the video loved. also i like what you did with your channel. you have my subscription would love to have your support as well. thanks for sharing ATB Joe
