The process of buying land here is ;
1. Viewing is free and you agree with a seller direct we are just there to witness it for you, nothing like overpricing it being an agent we just sell exactly price.
2. You sign land sale agreement between you and a seller, after that the seller will introduce you to the headman and then you will pay registration fee K1500 and K500 and a chicken for boundaries marking with the village committee members. You also pay us a commission of appreciation (any amount fit for you)
3. Then you start using it.
NOTE: Land should not be idle for more than 18 months. or else you loose it. #farming
