I find Porter Gage and speak to him about a plan he has for me.
Think you have a setting set within your recording app that you’re unaware of. When I first used OBS the “monitor output” was selected by default creating this same echo. Hope this helps

@@Coldcountry999 Jokes aside tho, i am no sound expert but seems like you may be talking away too close to the mic, making your voice a bit pitchy at times and extra grave. I wouldn't say its bad quality, just ocasionally unconfortable. And since we are at it, why the music and the stills from New Vegas?
I help support artists by showing there work at the beginning of my videos. I play the music in the background to help fill in the silence as I'm not the best at speaking all the time.
I've never done anything like this before so I'm still learning and teaching myself. But I do like the feed back. It helps to know to make changes.

Actually if you haven't scrapped it already, you can go to one of the terminals in Sanctuary Hills and read on all the gossip and suspicions that somebody had recorded about all the neighbors.
I looked up Kim Wu on the Fallout 4 wiki and apparently in the Pearwood Residences (another unmarked location), the player can find a child's bedroom with a baseball and wooden blocks that spell out "KIM".
Ok that is cool. I will look this up and would like to make another unmarked locations video on this.

Yes way. What I didn't show in the video is that you can access the work shop from there and scrap the wooden wall at the bottom of the stairs.

Bad thing is, he did make it work. But... Certain powerful men prevented it from getting to the masses because they would loose a massive amount of money and control of the population. So they made sure it would never see the light of day. That is why Tesla went bankrupt, poor, and considered to be an enemy of the state. He even tried to sell some of his stuff to the Russians to find his research. The US government raided his research and mysteriously some of the files went missing when they "returned" them.

I built a staircase from my Greygarden settlement up to that level, then I pushed every movable vehicle into my settlement boundaries and scrapped them.
