You can seem that good with random notes on standard scales, yeah. He's been playing for quite a while though. I don't think he ever hits a note without meaning to.

Rudess uses the Oasys mainly because of it's versitale synth engines and very large sample memory. Because he actually samples manymany sounds from different keyboards and softsynths and then tweaks them a little bit on Oasys and uses them live.

The source is always the same :) I have the Oasys just like Jordan but I was not really satisfied with the E-Pianos of this thing. So I searched for Software and the first thing which came underneath my fingers was "Native Instruments Electric Painos" (forgot the actual name of it) and the result wasn't better. I kept searching and found this thing which blew me away.

the Motu electric pianos sounds better than the actual things :). Such an awesome isntrument . I'm definitely going to get one.

0:46 How do you achieve that on a fully weighted piano keyboard ? On a stantard keyboard i go [3-2-1] (fingers). But the dynamics on the fully weighted piano are different... unless you hit them very hard (probably the case)
