Great video.I am changing mine because it is hard to get into neutral while idling, a sign of bad steel plates. Other comments address the last disc being installed in another slot than the other. The manual calls them A and B discs. Not sure why this matters, and not sure if it only applies to the Honda OE clutch and may not apply to aftermarket clutch. Anyone have another idea on this this?

OMG! I just bought a 2000 shadow spirit that has been parked for three years. Told it ran when parked and has bad gas. I cleaned the gas tank, checked for spark and nothing. My plug in looks just like yours. Can't wait to see if this is the fix that gets me running! Thank you!

Same thing happened on my 84 yamaha venture royale. I just hard wired it. You can also buy those connectors at any autoparts.

Now he's saying zero Title. so maybe not. still though, great Video, I have a sht ton Of Bikes out back that are NOT even close to similar to this LOL But this is still really helpful.

It can catch on fire actually, installed a new stator on my Honda Shadow and it worked great for months but I’ve day when it shorted out, it caught on fire and totally ruined my bike. Luckily, I was able to extinguish it but definitely be careful with those OEM plugs!!!

God this bike has so many problems There's a bloody vacuum cut off switch going to the fuel petcock. If your engine isn't rotating and creating a vacuum, your petcock will be blocked. Only sometimes on start the engine doesn't create a vacuum, so you'll end up turning the engine over forever until your battery is dead and it won't crank, and you're fuel line after the petcock will be bone dry. The solution is to disable that valve by opening it and locking it always open... or to pull off the tube where it goes into the engine and suck into it, which will open the valve and let the fuel flow and prime your carb if it's bone dry. Once the bike cranks it will create enough suction to keep the valve open and the fuel flowing. Worst... design.. ever. Disable that vacuum cut off valve in the petcock. If your petcock is ON or RES, you want fuel flowing, no questions asked.

Watch out I have a 2022 tri glide and the whole thing fell out while riding at 65 mph and lost it

My brother took his apart and I bought it off of him since it’s a fun bike but dam idk how to get all the stuff back together and what bolts, I wanted to save this bike because it was bored out and only really needed a little welding job and new clutch cable

It would give us a better comparison between lights if you compared them on a dark street where it showed distance and width of beams. You are not showing the results properly in a garage!!!

You should always unhook the negative post first and hook up last.

Thanks I just ordered the headlight bulb. I started riding again and bought a 2001 Honda Shadow ACE 750 and the headlight is woefully inadequate or maybe it's my old eyes. This should fix it nicely.
