Q10 för mer energi
Näringsterapeut Kristina Berglund berättar om Q10s uppgift i kroppen. Q10 är viktigt för energiproduktionen, hjärnan, hjärtat, nervsystemet och mycket mer. Med ökad ålder ökar vårt behov av Q10 och det är en god idé att ta ett kosttillskott med Q10 som har hög biotillgänglighet.
Jag rekommenderar PM´s vattenlösliga Q10 med hög kvalité och högt upptag på cellnivå. Vill du prova en flaska Q10 så kan du beställa på länken nedan. Du kan välja mellan en flaska Q10 eller HeartDuo som innehåller både Q10 och Omega-3.

      Everyone is different and some people get a flush on extremely low doses. So good for you! It has also to do with the bioavailability on the supplement. I get a flush on 30 mg of niacin since I am using a supplement with incredibly high bioavailability. www.KristinaB1.com

    Started taking 500mg every other day for cholesterol help. Actually got a prescription from my doctor because I am resisting the statin route. Nervous to take everyday because there’s literature about spiking / triggering the onset of diabetes. Not sure if it’s a scare tactic by ‘powers that be’. Anyone experience insulin problems?

    I have been flushing for over 16 years and I absolutely agree that a person MUST research it first, or they will think they are over reacting to it actions. A flush is the most healing a person can do for their body, in my view. Histidine release is a big part of the flush and it can flush through your cells and push toxins out of them as well as our skin. We can absorb toxins through our skin, as well as expel toxins from the toxins in our foods and respiration from our atmosphere, outward through the skin. Histidine can convert to carnosine, but must have folic acid in the last step of its conversion(darker greens, not ice berg lettuce). I suggest that people go to our US Governments web site, the National Institute of Health, and learn from the studies done on Histidine, Carnosine, Histamine, and Bet Alanine. Carnosine is excellent at detoxifying Cadmium, Lead, and Mercury. In my experience it has been more effective than N Acetyl Cysteine(Glutathione). Histidine(the flush) chelates out metals as well. Aluminum is one of the most prolific toxic metals we are currently exposed to the most. In numerous studies now, they have not found Aluminum on synapses that retain Histidine residues, and these findings are incredibly important for us to know. Kristina, I greatly appreciate you talking positively about niacin flushes. Speaking from my own experience, flushing repairs and corrects so many of the most acute problems within myself as it pertains to over working certain muscles and inflammation and/soreness. I take 2 Co-enzymated B Complexes, and 2 P5P(Pyridoxal 5 Phosphates), as that covers a wide range of Niacin pathways. Do not be intimated by the heat and itching. Currently, I can concentrate on my upper spinal chord, and move the flush throughout the brain, in most instances. The flush knows where to go on its own and it is incredibly accurate as to what needs to be repaired. Pay attention to your soreness, pains, and inflammations, and you will realize this to be true. Thank you Dr Lynch. All the processed sugar we take in burns the end of proteins and renders them for degradation, and Carnosine helps to reduce this significantly. Processed sugar, dyes, and preservatives do this to lipids as well and again carnosine helps to protect the damage being done. They are referred to as AGEs and APEs, advanced glycation end products and advanced peroxidation end products, and there is good research on this as well and how carnosine helps to reduce their damage. Having a good dark green salad/herb mix an hour or two before the flush will go a long ways. In addition to all the benefits of carnosine, it helps protects the skin against UV radiation, and it absolutely works, over time. I am out in the sun often, and I no longer get burned from the sun exposure, as I used to. Sorry I took up so much comment space, but there are so many benefits to the histidine and no one ever talks about them. Thanks Kristina.

    • @kristinab11
      @kristinab11 4 місяці тому

      Yes, absolutely right about starting low and find out how much your body holds and how much you need to feel the flush. But it is also important to remember that the possibility of damage from a water soluble vitamin is extremely low and that it is more dangerous if you get deficient. I myself get around this by using a brand where I only need small doses to get a flush. And it comes already in balance with the B-complex.

    Do you get used to the flush or is it always the same? I've started with 500mg capsules and the flush is intense.

      Good question. My experience is that it can vary from person to person and from supplement to supplement. Most common is that as you use niacin daily you need to increase the dose with time to still get the flush. I, personally use a brand that gives a flush with the same amount of niacin year after year. I have used this supplement for 11 years and still get a flush every morning with the same amount. Read more about the supplement I use on my website www.KristinaB1.com I use "Activize Oxyplus" to get my daily intake of B-vitamins and Niacin www.6192426.fitline.com

    Can diabetics have niacin?

    • @kristinab11
      @kristinab11 7 місяців тому

      Yes. Everyone needs niacin and all B-vitamins. They are all watersoluble and does not get stored in the body, so we need them every day.

    What doses would you recommend for someone with pellegra for over 8 years?

    • @kristinab11
      @kristinab11 8 місяців тому

      Well if you have pellagra you really need Niacin. But you have to try how much you need to get a small flush. Start low and increase slowly. You can watch my video on dosage, but it is always easier for me to recommend the Niacin I use because I know it is safe, effective, in balance and with high bioavailability. If you want to try you can read more about Activize Oxyplus on this link www.6192426.fitline.com Here is the video on dosage: ua-cam.com/video/AMMvvIg8gvg/v-deo.html Best of luck!

      Yes, without circulation no life! And great to know that a little vitamin as B3 can help us increase circulation in places where it is poor.
