My 2nd was sick when we got married & he stifled a cough- allowed his face to turn red. I didn’t know he was that sick the day of. So when the pastor had me say my vows and it came to in sickness & health- I kinda lost it. I honestly wasn’t even really listening to the words- I was thinking more of why was his face turning red. Anyway, I burst out laughing which made the entire church laugh & he was able to cough. Was the most memorable moment for the entire marriage & we still laugh about it to this day even tho so many things in life has changed. Our daughter gets a kick out of it too. There was a video but I was told we didn’t get the video because someone realized later that the pastors fly was down the entire time from a last min pit stop before the wedding. Always awesome when things aren’t Disney perfect.
