As 2024 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the past year-what a journey it’s been! Wrapping up the first season of my podcast, I’m so grateful for the 25 episodes I’ve created and the incredible connections I’ve made along the way. Season One was about dipping my toes into the podcasting world, and I’ve loved combining my top value, connection, with all the amazing guests I’ve had. I’m excited to share that Season Two is coming in February, with new guests and fresh energy to explore!
On a personal note, this year has been one of healing and growth. Starting with recovery from my hip and knee replacement surgeries, I spent much of the year in physical therapy, working through not just physical challenges but also emotional and spiritual ones. I’ve learned so much about surrendering, letting go, and reaching out for support when I needed it. It wasn’t always easy, and there were days when I just wanted to be cranky-but those moments taught me a lot about self-awareness and asking for what I need.
I hope my reflections inspire you to pause, ask for support when you need it, and let go of what no longer serves you. As we head into 2025, I’m looking forward to continuing this journey of growth and connection-with you by my side.
