The best part of a chase scene like this is that it would actually be in Joker's favor as Batman would have to keep his cape from opening as it would drag back, literally using his own costume against him forcing Batman to either deal with it or take it off, which would leave him with one less tool.

The joker has taken the president of the united states hostage at Penguin's secret ski resort located somewhere in the Swiss Alps. Batman and Robin show up to stop him. After defeating Penguin and The Riddler, they find the president rigged up to a giant Jack-In-The-Box that will launch him into a nearby mountain. Joker escapes with the password to the computer controlling the contraption, and Batman pursues him down the mountain, while Robin attempts to disarm the makeshift catapult by hand.

Everyone knew their roles and everyone knew what they were doing, athleticism and the characters actions in context. I like how batman leaned in and threw of the gas and joker is just all over the place without zero Fs to give!

The story I came up with for this : Joker has new base on Mount Everest for his plan. Batman finds out, go there and wrecked the place. Joker blows up the base and escaped via skiing. Batman survived (because he's batman) and chases Joker on a snowboard.
