The most overly in-depth review of the Gucci Ace sneaker on all of UA-cam. Sizing: Gucci thinks they're special enough to have their own shoe sizing. They say that their size translates to a size larger in US sizes (so a Gucci 8 = US 9). I am a true size 9, and found the Gucci 8 to be too large for me, so I went down down to a Gucci size 7.5. The sizing is very odd and confusing, so I would ult...

The Replicas are my most versatile and comfortable shoes, which explains why they're also my most frequently worn shoes. My first pair of GATs, I must've worn them every day, and this was in NYC so they took a real beating. Still lasted me a good 6-7 years. In retrospect, I do wish that I took better care and babied them a little more, seeing how they're $500 shoes!

if i remember they don’t produce these in half sizes - you can either go down to size 9 and wear them without insoles, or go up to size 10 and hope that works well enough for you

i’ve put a lot of miles on these shoes since making the video, and haven’t seen any separation or worrying signs of wear, but yea, due to the way they are constructed i think it’s inevitable that they’ll have issues if you really beat on them daily

true to size being the size i most commonly wear in shoes, and believing the sizing to be accurate. based on what you are saying it sounds like you should go for a 42.
