FYI Primetech, nevermind I order another EGR from Mitsubishi and returned the eBay Genuine EGR. Installed the new one, no vacuum leak. 3X EGR replaced hours of fun😁. I did the valve clearance didn't fix my rough idle, this time I did a smoke test from the DPF sensor hose and found three leaks using smoke and soapy water, 1) leak smoke in the turbo actuator lever that moves the vaines, 2) Leak in the DPF Temperature number 1 Sensor using soapy water, couldn't see smoke. 3) DPF to exhaust pipe flange leak using soapy water, couldn't see smoke. ua-cam.com/video/g85enwsr8Ic/v-deo.htmlsi=I-flZve3WGMcTwA9. In the video your looking from the bottom of the turbo looking up at the lever with only 0.1 PSI pressure.

@@MrJug69 That’s the Mitssubishi workshop Manual instruction procedure. I assume the front bolt holding the bracket and putting 180 degree gives the brakes to push down the injector more to get correct tension. I’ve done this always and never had any issues. Mk2 you're meant to put completed shaft into axle but don't tighten axle bolts.Push shaft tight towards diff and then measure space between hub and axle.If its say 0.2mm then add a shim of about 1mm to take up space and not put too much pressure on bearing.Always add a bigger shim to space measured. That's from ford workshop manual. I did both sides a couple of years ago but they need doing again because i didn't measure space to add correct shims
