Thank you, I try to refresh my bahasa Indonesia but I heard B as honey "Bee" but not B as Becak and so on. I guess I like the old pronunciation.

I have a feeling this is going to be hard for me to learn, because I'm so used to the English alphabet, and it's just different enough that I will forget it's not the same. E is pronounced like A and I is pronounced like E! How am I going to keep that straight?

halo mbak, saya punya pertanyaan ya. In English language and culture you can say 'dear' to someone you don't love but you use that word out of kindness. But in Indonesian it is translated with 'sayang' but sayang is too romantic to say to someone you hardly know. Does Indonesian language have an equivalent to the word dear without being in love with that person?
