I do not believe there was. I would honestly never store anything under the bed in a hotel though. there is plenty of storage/space where this isn't an issue

@@mattstraveladventures Thanks for responding because I'm in a bit of a situation with my apartment is being fumigated and I had booked an appointment to stay there but I am in a wheelchair and I would require a hoyer lift to transfer me into the bed which needs to roll under the bed .

@@jakemedina9638 May want to call the hotel to see if there is anything they are able to help out with. The front desk staff was very friendly when I stayed. It has been 2 years so staff changes, but Crowne Plaza being a higher name brand, I would think they'd do what they can if possible

If you are referring to the secret door that goes to the out deck, yes it is ok to use. Those who know how to get out here will come for sail away, but many do not know it even exists.

The Windjammer is not open 24/7. Keep an eye on the Cruise Compass, or app when onboard for exact meal times for the buffet for your sailing. The approximate closing time for the Windjammer is between 9 and9:30 pm. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!

Thanks for watching! This hotel is in a great location .I have also stayed at the Holiday Inn Express next door to this hotel and enjoyed it. Sadly that was before I started filming hotels so no videos, but can't go wrong with either hotel. Also the Doubletree down the street looked petty nice, if budget allows. Hope this helps in your planning! If open to downtown Tampa, check out the Embassy Suites. I have a video on the channel as well for that one.

This particular room does not have a pull out couch. However, the hotel does have rooms that have them if needed. It looks like the 2 queen junior suites have a pullout. Those would sleep up to 6 (assuming 2 per queen bed). Hope this helps!

Yes. Deck 7 is both the embarkation and debarkation deck. You will enter into the aft stairwell. They will (most likely) direct you to the buffet, but the Local is open if you would like to avoid the madhouse.

Ten laps. Unsure on speeds, but they do slow them down (or stop them) sometimes. Personally, I would not do them again. Although I tall (over 6 feet) and even with the seat pushed back all the way it is not the most comfortable. It is worth doing once, but then it would be up to you if you want to do them again. The kids I saw doing it seemed to love it though!

You have access to the lounge 24 hours, although I only noticed activity in there during the solo meetup. The size of the studio is an adjustment, however you won't be in there a lot (outside of sleeping and getting ready) since there is plenty to do on the ship.

@@Flint92 They should have a solo meetup every night in the studio lounge (usually around 5PM) times will be posted in the Freestyle Daily. They also have signup sheets (or t least on the Breakaway they did) to sign up for dinner or other activities.

@@Flint92 There will be a solo meetup around 5 every day either in the solo lounge or in one of the bars (which is what I had on the Breakaway). You will find the location and time in your daily planner the night before. The main intent of these meetings is to acquaint and familiarize us with each other. Our solo director had a standing reservation at 6 in the main dining room for any solo who wished to attend. He also arranged a group reservation for Burn the Floor in the theater one night. There were between 10 - 20 who showed up for the meetings. Besides what the director arranged, we started randomly arranging activities or lunches together both at the solo meeting and as we ran into each other. The beauty is that you could be as involved as you wanted.

But I have also read where some people who have gone solo have gotten their own cabin because they wanted the extra space or a balcony but were still able to at least able to get involved with solo meetings and activities. Is that correct?

Thanks for watching! Yes suitcase will fit under the bed. Also, there is an outlet near the sink (in the storage shelving), however it is a lower voltage. They say for razers, although never tested this out. I always bring a 3 plug adapter which gives more outlets (if needed).

@@mattstraveladventures I just booked one of these studios and yours is the first video I saw where someone had a CPAP machine. There's no nightstand by the bed, so I wondered how you used the machine at night. Did you move the stool to the bedside?

@@chezellis Yes I did. During the day I moved the machine so it sat on the desk, but at night I moved the stool from under the desk to the bedside and then set the CPAP machine on it. The cord on my machine was long enough to reach back to the outlet by the desk.

There are not a lot of outlets in the cabin. I always bring a 3 outlet adapter I can plug in. Walmart sells them pretty cheap. Also, you may be able to get a power strip from the room steward (I've done this a couple times).

Just don't get a power extension with a surge protector it's not allowed.
