The reason I felt that way is that my ear did not not perceive any "shape" to the phrase; all notes have equal emphasis, which for music of this period can be deadly boring (even Mozart!) If I can make a few suggestions: 1) on the upward B-C#-D, increase ever so slightly in intensity before “relaxing” on the downward run; same with the E-F#-G and the next downward run 2) the accented C# is obviously loud, but the D should be second loudest; the intervening notes are less important (if you were outlining the melody those are the ones you would leave out) 3) in the left hand, I would put a bit more stress on the G# because, hey! We have suddenly gone from E minor to E major! That’s cool (and the G# creates tension that resolves to the A in the next bar). 4) For the rest of the clip, do not think of the right hand as four note groups that start on the beat; it will make your music sound choppy. The second, third and fourth 16ths are really anacruses to the next downbeat. So not ONE-two-three-four, ONE-two-three-four (which makes your playing sound like a sewing machine), but two-three-four-ONE, two-three-four-ONE, which is far more musical. I hope that makes sense, and is helpful. Good luck!

I didn’t follow a specific one... but its included CBT, EMDR, somatic release, competing response therapy (for Tourette’s symptoms) relational boundaries, and then a complex multifaceted self directed wellness program that involved improving my physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing. So basically I started body building for physical. eating a diet based on natural foods while utilizing naturopathic remedies... for emotional I learned self regulatory skills.. spirituality I am catholic, so daily rosaries/masses/seeking spiritual aid. Psychological was emdr etc. And to answer how long it lasted. It’s still going. I started June 2018 and I’m going until I feel it’s relatively complete. Then after that it’s like anything... you maintain a working system. I took every component of human functionality and basically turned my recovery into a business model. (Entrepreneurs gotta entrepreneur) My case was so complicated it took a very broad approach. I think note people should have “multifaceted” Recovery though. Thank you!! That’s very intentional... and I’m glad it’s showing through. Oh that’s good to know! I knew what deezer was generally... but didn’t know the France component
