@@PinkandPossible My Momma never served us chocolate gravy. I was an adult before I ever heard of it. Of course, she made plenty of chocolate meringue pies. I'm blessed to cook in the same kitchen my Momma cooked in. Every day is filled with special memories.

Oh, Patti, thank you for your kind words. Failures are great character builders and help us be better humans, cooks, and bakers. It's good for others to see we're not perfect. I was disappointed because my pies usually turn out great. Sometimes, they wept, but not like that one did. You'll realize it's not hard once you learn how to make a homemade pie. And yes, it does taste delicious. Keep your eye out for another pie video coming soon!

Hey Buzz, I don't have to cook for a couple of days when I make soup. Today, there is still snow in my yard. My computer's weather app tells me we'll get in the teens at night starting around Sunday and possibly snowing next Thursday. I'll wait for the snow.

Thank you, Donna. New England is so beautiful. My sister, youngest daughter, and I traveled there in 2011. I had wanted to visit Connecticut for years, as I have an ancestry line from there that goes back to the 1600s. It was a dream come true.

Hey Mary Ellen, I grew up making popcorn on the stovetop. I like this method because it is quick and easy. One of my viewers below, Marijo, said she likes to add parmesan cheese to hers. You can put anything in it or on it. Some people add M&Ms, but why not toffee bits, Skittles, or nuts? The world is your oyster!!

Hey, Barby, I used maybe 2-3 tablespoons to cover the bottom with no brown paper showing so it would not be piled up.
