Chicken Feet Dim Sum Style
My wife and I love the Dim Sum chicken feet. My Mom knows how to make it and it is in her recipes collections.
2 weeks ago, I was doing grocery at Costco and to my surprise I saw packs of chicken feet being sold at the meat section. Each ranges between $6 - $8 for 2 packs, with around 40 - 50 chicken feet. Naturally I bought a pack home, find my Mom's recipe and started cooking. It is a lot of work. It took 2.5 hours to make but it was worth it!! My daughter even said it was better than the restaurant's Dim Sum.

I appreciate how the video is mainly silent. No music, no talking... I love this. Sometimes I just watch videos on mute with the CC on but this was perfect. It looks that way but it is very crispy.
@sunwidj sorry i just mean just too cooked for my liking. I like at about 70% crunch 30% chew. I take it off a kinda before I think it's finished because it gets more crunchy as it's out.
Butter or oil would be a nice addition
I found that if I add oil or butter the hot dogs become too oily
Finally I found a good instruction for crispy bacon. It's working!
If you love mild to spicy, you will love this. What a good way not to waste the chicken. We eat it with white rice. Very tasty.
